Job summary

Société Générale CIB is seeking a PMO/Operations support professional to help govern the Prime Services & Clearing Ops & IT transformation portfolio. You will coordinate reporting, milestones, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects and workstreams.

You will also assist with administrative coordination, town halls, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling effective decision-making and timely delivery in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Produce ad hoc management reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management decisions.
• Provide PMO support across a portfolio of transformation and strategic initiatives, including planning, milestone tracking, governance, and reporting.
• Support annual planning and budget monitoring activities.
• Organise and support town halls, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the management team.
• Assist with general business management and administrative activities for Prime Services & Clearing Ops & IT.
