Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a TMO Analyst to support the change portfolio by implementing PMO standards, maintaining governance, and delivering executive-ready reporting.

You will manage data collection and dashboard upkeep, coordinate governance reviews, track milestones and budgets, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders across the organisation.

Based in the West Midlands, this role offers a clear development path within a growing, customer-focused logistics group.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PMO governance and reporting.
• Expertise in dashboard development and data tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the central project portfolio dashboard.
• Ensure strict adherence to project governance standards and life cycles.
• Facilitate and manage risk, issues, dependencies, and decisions logs.
• Manage and control PMO processes including change control, gate reviews, and docs.
• Coordinate and facilitate project and portfolio review meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Track project expenditures and forecast spend for financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within PMO processes and tooling.
• Provide guidance and training on PMO processes to teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with Programme/Project Managers and senior leaders.
