Job summary

Logiq is seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to bolster our PMO capability within the Project, Programme and Portfolio Practice. You will provide structured support across projects and programmes, helping to embed governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery controls across multiple client engagements.

The role offers hybrid working with travel to client sites and Logiq offices in Bristol, Chippenham or Cheltenham, and a clear path into project management consultancy in the

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing experience.
• Experience supporting projects or programmes (any sector).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple projects.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and key documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for on-schedule delivery.
• Support preparation of project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and attend meetings.
