Job summary

Logiq is seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to bolster the growth of its PMO capability within the P3M practice. The role supports governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and delivery controls across multiple projects and client engagements.

Hybrid role with travel to client sites and Logiq offices (Bristol/Chippenham/Cheltenham). Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Experience supporting projects or programmes (any sector).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple projects.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and key documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Support preparation of project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Support relationship management with stakeholders.
• Ensure client deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain governance frameworks and project records.
• Support resource allocation and scheduling across projects.
• Monitor project budgets, timesheets, and expenditures.
• Assist with forecasting and reporting on project performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery efficiency.
