Job summary

The University of Liverpool is seeking a Project Support Officer to join the Campus Planning & Development PMO on a fixed term/secondment basis until 30 November 2027. The role supports a continuous programme of building projects and estate improvements, working with Project Managers to plan, govern and report on project information.

You will organise meetings, track actions, risks and decisions, and help engage stakeholders through communications and project materials.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or programmes.
• Experience in facilities, estates or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, governance and reporting by preparing key documentation and project information.
• Organise meetings and workshops, track actions, risks and decisions, and support stakeholder engagement.
• Support PMO operations: governance, reporting, controls and assurance.
• Assist in development and implementation of frameworks, tools and processes to enhance project delivery.
• Work with Programme Office Manager in a PMO team delivering estate projects.
