Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Controls Service Lead for its Property & Buildings PMO in the UK. You will manage the current workload, define scope and best practice for project controls, and support Project Controllers across the UK and Global Capability Centres.

Qualifications

Architectural/engineering/PM degree required.
Membership of a Professional Institution preferred.
Charter Project Manager with the APM or working towards it.
Experience of Project Controls on complex multidisciplinary projects.
Willingness to travel to regional offices as workload expands.

Responsibilities

Act as Project controls service lead for the internal PMO for major projects in Property & Buildings.
Define scope and best practice for management of project controls and schedule management.
Support the management of Project Controllers in the UK and Global Capability Centres.
Lead development of skills and capabilities in Project Controls.
Provide project controls on major projects and programmes and explore new digital solutions.
Collaborate with WSP disciplines and sub-consultants to deliver new project management solutions.
