Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, seeks a PMO/Project Analyst to support project delivery with system ownership, data analysis, governance and reporting.

You will act as SME for the PMO system, aiding configuration, access, training and continuous improvement while partnering with finance, IS, engineering, QA and facilities teams. Eligible to work in the UK and holding a degree in Life Sciences/Engineering/Business is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid UK work permit.
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Significant PMO/Project Analyst experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with IS, equipment, and/or facility projects.
• Budget tracking and forecasting.
• Familiar with PRINCE2, PMI and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a portfolio of projects with system ownership, data analysis, governance, and reporting.
• Act as SME for the PMO system; support configuration, access management, training, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams, finance, IS, engineering, QA and facilities stakeholders.
• Develop career within a regulated, fast-paced, globally recognised organisation.
