Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Coordinator (or Senior) to support the development of life-changing medicines. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced analytical laboratory, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient environment that supports client projects.

This role oversees equipment qualification, lifecycle management, 5S, maintenance planning and GMP compliance, driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• GMP/GLP knowledge and experience in a laboratory setting.
• Experience with multiple laboratory techniques and problem solving.
• Ability to coordinate activities across laboratory teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the analytical laboratory.
• Oversee equipment qualification and lifecycle management; ensure calibration and maintenance.
• Drive compliance programs and 5S initiatives; support GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with scientists and technical teams to deliver client projects.
