Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the Information Services team. You will oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions or valid work permit for full-time UK employment.
• Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related subject.
• Experience leading delivery of software development projects with a track record of on-time delivery.
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
• Experience of working within Waterfall and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience of managing AI pipelines and toolchains.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensuring project delivery dates, support commitments and quality requirements are achieved. You will work closely with Business Leaders, provide clear visibility of delivery status and ensure software development activity is effectively planned, resourced and managed throughout the development lifecycle.

What You Need To Be Successful
