Job description

You will playa pivotal role in driving successful project delivery and aligning project outcomes with organisational objectives, maximising the value of project investments.

In this leadership role you will focus onbuilding and developing a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project, program, and portfolio management (P3M). You will manage and evolvelocal P3M standards, oversee the implementation and optimisation of project management tools and governance frameworks, and ensure effective reporting and performance monitoring. By promoting collaboration, driving innovation, and maintaining robust oversight, you will ensurethat projects are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and strategic goals are consistently supported.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead PMO and project management teams, ensuring capability development plans are in place;
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining governance for delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities that align with corporate governance practices;
  • Conducting proactive health checks and reviews, supporting project teams with implementing findings and recommendations, and addressing non-conformance issues;
  • Experience in promoting a culture that motivates and inspires excellent P3M performance, embraces change, and delivers continuous improvement.
