London. Hybrid. 2 days in the office

We are supporting a high growth, private equity backed, international business as they hire a PMO Manager to build and run the engine behind their transformation and exit journey.

This is one of the most influential roles in the business.

Reporting into the Group CFO, you will own the global project portfolio, the governance behind delivery, and the data that sits behind every board and investor conversation.

The business is ambitious. There are lots of initiatives in flight. Systems, processes, cost, growth, reporting, data and controls are all being improved as part of a value creation plan.

What they now need is someone to bring structure, discipline and visibility to all of it.

What you will be doing

You will create and run a high performing, global PMO.

  • Designing how projects are run, governed and reported across the group
  • Creating the templates, dashboards and standards everyone uses

  • Supporting board and steering committees with clear, commercial reporting
  • Making sure all change activity links back to value creation and strategy
  • Preparing the business for due diligence with clean, auditable project and performance data
  • Leading exit readiness activities including data rooms, KPIs and reporting hygiene
  • Actingedded as a trusted partner to the CFO, CEO and investors
