Seeker Recruitment Limited T/A Seeker Recruitment is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and run a PMO for a growing consulting business in the UK. You will implement structure, governance and reporting across a portfolio of client engagements, coordinating resources and stakeholders with senior leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing or operating a PMO, Programme Office or Portfolio Management function.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects or workstreams within consulting or professional services.
• Strong planning, governance, reporting and risk management skills.
• Experience in resource planning, utilisation tracking and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Good commercial understanding including budgets, forecasting and project economics.
• Confident interacting with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail with oversight over multiple parts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the PMO with a clear view of opportunities and engagements.
• Develop governance, reporting and stage-gate processes across the project lifecycle.
• Track scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders across the consulting team and wider group.
• Prepare and manage reviews, governance meetings and steering forums.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, utilisation and commercial performance.
• Support time capture, invoicing and revenue forecasting.
• Produce management information on pipeline, health and portfolio performance.
• Develop PMO templates, dashboards, tools and best practices.
