Job summary

Tech Contracts Online Ltd, based in Greater London, seeks an experienced PMO leader to establish and run the PMO within a waterfall-driven delivery environment for financial services clients. You will define governance, manage risks and schedules, and drive program cadence with senior stakeholders.

The role requires proven PMO management, independent working style, and strong data literacy to interpret and present performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the PMO aligning with waterfall methodologies and client-specific requirements.
• Develop and implement terms of reference for the PMO function.
• Ensure robust processes for document management, risk and issue management, schedule management, and change management.
• Lead program cadence activities, including governance, scheduling and facilitating regular meetings, project reviews, and progress updates.
• Facilitate the weekly Programme Leadership Meeting (agenda, actions, decisions, follow-ups).
• Own development and maintenance of the POAP and integrated deployment plan, including dependency management and change control for key milestone changes, working with delivery and Workstream Leads.
• Drives the implementation of tooling to automate PMO activities.
