Job summary

Royal London is seeking a PMO Lead to join our PMO team. This role provides governance, assurance and operational support across Royal London's change portfolio, helping teams deliver change safely and in line with standards.

You will embed methodologies, design dashboards and ensure visibility of progress, risks and finances while coaching others and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a PMO, Portfolio PMO, Programme PMO or similar change delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies and frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, P3O or MoP).
• Excellent reporting, planning and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder management with ability to challenge and influence.
• Experience supporting governance, risk, financial tracking and benefits across change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and operational support to change delivery across Royal London UK.
• Support portfolio, programme and project reporting with clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, finances and outcomes.
• Embed change methodologies, standards and processes across Royal London, providing challenge and insight where appropriate.
• Design, implement and maintain governance cadences, reporting packs, dashboards and review checkpoints.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Royal London to manage priorities, surface areas of concern and support confident decision-making.
• Coach and guide less experienced colleagues, sharing best practice and supporting continuous improvement across the PMO function.
• Support commercial, resource and risk management activities, including budget tracking, procurement activities, benefits management, resource planning and assurance reviews.
