Government Recruitment Service is recruiting a PMO Support Officer to join our governance management team in Manchester. The role will support secretariat duties for board meetings and coordinate with senior leaders and external chairs to ensure effective governance and decision making.

You will gain exposure to project management across priority delivery improvement projects, contribute to project assurance activities, and help drive stronger change control within the organisation.

Aufgaben

• Governance management and secretariat duties for board meetings, liaising with the Senior Leadership Team and external stakeholders (e.g. Chairs and board members)
• Delivery of major projects portfolio including project management on priority delivery improvement projects
• Support project assurance activities and reviews
• Strengthen change control across the business using the governance landscape for better decision making with stakeholder buy-in
