Job summary

Ontex in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project & Change Manager (PMO) to lead and deliver strategic projects across Logistics and Customer Experience in UKI & BE. The role focuses on improving service performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through structured governance, digitalization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires 5+ years in logistics/supply chain projects, strong PM skills, and fluency in English with additional languages preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain projects.
• Proven FMCG sector experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools.
• Proven hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean).
• Experience with SAP, WMS, TMS, and performance analytics tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, PP and SD is an advantage.
• Strong Excel knowledge and Microsoft Project skills.
• Independent problem solver and team player with excellent communication.
• Preferred: Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic logistics and customer experience projects across UKI & BE.
• Capture end-to-end view of Customer Experience and Logistics processes.
• Set up tools and best-practice processes to standardize, measure, and improve service and cost performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across business units.
• Establish structured project governance: define scope, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create project plans, identify stakeholders, and gather approvals.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support transformation.
• Assess change impacts on people, processes, systems, and customers.
• Deliver transformation projects on schedule and within budget, increasing adoption of new processes and systems.
• Improve stakeholder satisfaction with Customer Experience and Logistics teams.
