Location: Hybrid / Bristol - ideally based in the Bristol office at least once a month
Role Overview:
A PMO Benefits Realisation Manager is required to work within the Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) programme at Leidos Europe initially on a 14-month FTC.
Leidos Europe is the prime contractor in a consortium including Leidos Supply Limited, Kuehne + Nagel, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, and smaller specialist companies. The programme focuses on implementing digital transformation for a major military operation, generating significant savings for the UK Government and taxpayers.
Working within the P3M team, the PMO Benefits Realisation Manager will ensure alignment between business change activities and the programme's business cases. You will liaise with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for delivering benefits, monitor progress, manage benefit documentation, and communicate with stakeholders to keep the benefits realization plan on track.
