Job summary

Une organisation FMCG internationale recherche un Compliance Counsel pour un remplacement de 14 mois. Le poste implique la gestion de la conformité légale pour le Royaume-Uni et l'Irlande, ainsi que la rédaction de divers contrats. Le candidat idéal doit être qualifié au Royaume-Uni avec plus de 2 ans d'expérience en droit interne dans le domaine FMCG ou de la vente au détail.

Qualifications

• UK qualified ou expérience significative au Royaume-Uni.
• 2+ PQE en expérience interne dans FMCG ou vente au détail.
• Expérience en conformité et contrats commerciaux requise.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les risques juridiques et la conformité pour le Royaume-Uni et l'Irlande.
• Rédiger, examiner et négocier divers accords.
• Développer des formations internes sur des sujets de conformité.

An international FMCG organisation is seeking a Compliance Counsel to support on a 14-Month FTC maternity cover.

The role involves providing legal support to businesses operating in the UK & Ireland Region.

The role is based in West London with a hybrid working model.

Salary range is £55-65K

Requires availability on short notice

The role:

• Working with the team to manage legal risk and compliance for the UK & Ireland Region. Oversee compliance related queries and be responsible for maintaining the legal compliance platform. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as distribution, supply, sales, information technology, procurement, and supply chain agreements. Responsible for applying Governance, Risk and Compliance standards. Responsible for developing in house training on compliance related topics in areas such as Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Modern Slavery, dawn raids, Data Protection, GSCOP, and other Group policies.

The ideal candidate:

• UK qualified or significant UK experience. 2+ PQE In-house experience in FMCG or retail. Compliance and commercial contracts experience.
