Job summary

EY in Newcastle is seeking a Project Management Office Associate to support PMO and delivery teams for complex transformation and change programmes. You will help governance, planning and reporting activities across engagements, coordinating project teams and ensuring smooth delivery aligned with EY standards.

You will develop PMO knowledge and contribute to a growing consulting service delivery capability, including exposure to digital, automation and data‑driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Relevant PMO experience in a professional environment (governance, reporting, planning, risk/issue management)
• Experience supporting project teams to deliver work to deadlines and quality expectations
• Interest in developing digital, automation and data‑driven capabilities

Responsibilities

• Support PMO, transformation and Consulting engagements within operational delivery teams
• Assist mobilisation, coordination and management of project teams
• Support governance activities: preparing materials, tracking actions, maintaining docs
• Prepare reports, updates and management information for clients and stakeholders
• Support planning, delivery tracking, risk/issue management and stakeholder coordination
• Build relationships with clients and EY colleagues to foster a collaborative culture
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
