EY is hiring a Senior Consultant for PMO in Newcastle to drive governance, planning and reporting across complex change programmes. You will lead project teams, coach juniors and ensure delivery aligns with EY standards, while fostering collaboration across service delivery colleagues.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating project teams and enabling delivery outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital tools and automation.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Presence in the Newcastle office as required.
• Experience in Financial Services (preferred).
• Coaching junior team members (preferred).
• Experience using digital, automation, reporting or workflow tools to support delivery (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support clients with PMO, transformation and broader consulting engagements.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Design governance, reporting and control processes for programme delivery.
• Coach junior team members and provide performance feedback.
• Review and ensure quality of governance, reporting and MI produced by juniors.
• Build relationships with clients and EY colleagues.
• Prepare reports, presentations and MI for clients and stakeholders.
• Own engagement management activities including resource tracking and financial monitoring.
• Contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote digitally-enabled ways of working across project teams.
• Develop PMO capability through knowledge sharing and training.
