Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a PMO Analyst to join the Digital Services team. The role focuses on prioritising and governing projects, delivering on time and within budget, and assuring project quality across a portfolio.

You will work with the Head of Digital Programmes and leadership to provide insightful analysis, robust reporting, and coaching on PMO practices in a collaborative digital environment.

Qualificações

• Degree level or specialist equivalent.
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Management of Portfolio MoP, or equivalent).
• ECDL or excellent PC literacy, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the new project demand process, supporting the effective prioritisation of new initiatives.
• Maintain and continuously improve robust PMO processes and ways of working.
• Produce clear, insightful analysis and reporting to support effective decision-making.
• Support the Head of Digital Programmes and Digital Services Leadership Team with accurate and relevant project information.
• Track and monitor project data to provide objective quality assurance across the portfolio.
• Support Digital Services Project Delivery colleagues by providing guidance and coaching on PMO processes.
• Help promote a consistent and effective approach to project governance and deliver.
