Bedford College Group is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects across IT, digital experience, estates and organisational change. You will deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires governance and reporting, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while promoting safeguarding and college values. This is a UK-based permanent contract with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with digital transformation, IT, estates and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain PMO governance, documentation and business cases.
• Manage risks, issues and budgets with accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and change activities.
• Promote PMO standards and share lessons learned across college channels.
