Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support two major technical programmes, including a new unified data model across SCFT systems and the Wayfinder integration project for NHS App implementation. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality, engaging staff at all levels to drive change.

The role requires AgilePM and Prince2 experience, strong project management credentials, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex data-centric projects.
Proven ability to deliver change programmes with measurable improvements.
Evidence of applying project management principles across programmes.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans and governance.

Responsibilities

Assess the strategic intention, expected outcomes and critical success factors of the data model and Wayfinder projects.
Identify, track and ensure the project benefits are realised; monitor and realise benefits.
Devise detailed programme and project plans; manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
Supervise staff; ensure personal development plans and career progression.
Take prompt action on performance and welfare; provide staff support.
Hear stage 1 grievances and present management cases when needed.
Develop an effective team with clearly defined roles and work plans.
Establish project boards; brief boards and teams on expectations.
Coordinate regular project board and team meetings; monitor progress against plans.
Support staff in developing proposals and business cases; work with senior leads.
