Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a PMO Consultant in London with strong Capital Markets domain experience to support delivery of business and technology change initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid model combining Capgemini offices, client sites and home, with responsibilities spanning governance reporting, planning and coordination across complex programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Capital Markets experience with understanding of products, trade lifecycle, market infrastructure and financial services operations.
  • Proven PMO, project coordination or project support experience within transformation, regulatory, operations or technology programmes.
  • Strong reporting, governance, and management information production skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support PMO governance activities across Capital Markets projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks and controls.
  • Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies and actions; maintain accurate delivery tracking and reporting.
  • Produce high-quality status reports, dashboards and MI for programme stakeholders.
  • Maintain RAID logs with risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies tracked to resolution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to support governance, planning and decision making.
