Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with PMLD.
• Support pupils to engage with personalised learning programmes.
• Assist with communication and sensory-based activities.
• Support pupils' physical, emotional and social development.
• Help with personal care where required.
• Follow individual education, healthcare and care plans.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff and other professionals.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
