Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic PMLD Teaching Assistant to join an excellent school in Wakefield. Experience working with Special Needs in a school setting is preferred, but what truly matters is any professional or personal experience supporting Complex Needs. The ability to care for and nurture a child with complex needs is essential for this role. The position is paid at a daily rate of at least GBP 85, with potential increases depending on experience and training.

Ideal Candidate Should:

• Have experience working with children with SEN needs, either 1:1 or in groups
• Possess training or experience in Team Teach, Moving and Handling, PECS, or Makaton
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Take initiative
• Be committed to working 5 days a week
