Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) in a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide highly individualised care and education.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and group support, personal care, communication using Makaton/PECS, and assisting with IEPs.

• Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs (desirable but not essential)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Willingness to undertake relevant training, including manual handling and medical protocols
