Aspire People is urgently seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants and Nurses to join a specialist SEND school in North Liverpool. You will support children with PMLD and complex needs, delivering one-to-one and small-group care in a collaborative environment with teachers and therapists.

Role involves personal care, mobility assistance, PEG feeding and epilepsy management where trained, plus delivering sensory activities to engage pupils.

Formación

• Nurses, Healthcare Assistants or candidates with relevant medical, care or complex needs experience.
• Experience with PMLD, PEG feeding, epilepsy, or other complex medical needs is desirable.
• Confident with personal care, mobility support and following individual care plans.
• A calm, patient and compassionate approach.
• Strong teamwork and safeguarding commitment.
• Two years of employment references required.

Responsabilidades

We're seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants, Nurses and individuals with medical or complex care experience to join a specialist SEND school in North Liverpool.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), including pupils with complex physical, medical, sensory and communication needs.

What We're Looking For

• Nurses, Healthcare Assistants or candidates with relevant medical, care or complex needs experience.
• Experience with PMLD, PEG feeding, epilepsy, PICA or other complex medical needs is highly desirable.
• Confidence with personal care, mobility support and following individual care plans.
• A calm, patient and compassionate approach.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
• Two years of employment references required.
