Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience supporting pupils with PMLD or complex additional needs.
• Be confident planning and delivering individualised lessons tailored to pupils' abilities and developmental needs.
• Understand sensory-based learning and alternative communication methods.
• Have a patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Be confident working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals.
• Be committed to supporting pupils' communication, independence and overall development.
• Previous experience in a specialist SEN setting would be highly beneficial.
