Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent.
• QTS is preferred.
• Experience working with students with SEN/PMLD.
• Knowledge of PECS, Makaton or sensory-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching for PMLD learners.
• Implement assessment strategies and track progress.
• Ensure learning programmes align with EHCP outcomes.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff for holistic education.
