Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a PMLD Specialist / TA at a SEN School in Solihull (B90 area). The role focuses on pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex medical needs, requiring patience and nurturing support.

You'll work with a dedicated team, implementing strategies for PMLD, manual handling support, and positive behaviour approaches. Daily rate is GBP95-108.21, with potential for ongoing placements in both primary and secondary SEN settings.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent required.
• PMLD specialist experience preferred.
• Manual handling and PCA experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with PMLD in a SEN setting.
• Implement strategies for complex medical needs and behaviour.
• Collaborate with staff to support primary and secondary SEN pupils.
