Job summary

Bullet Express is hiring a Warehouse / Forklift Operator for the PM shift at the Bothwell site. You will load and unload freight, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate scanning and data capture to keep freight moving safely and on time.

You will work with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse teams to maintain high safety and accuracy standards while preparing freight for onward movement across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• A Valid Forklift Licence is essential for this position.
• Previous hands-on forklift experience.
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lorries safely and efficiently.
• Move and stack pallets and freight using a forklift.
• Sort and allocate freight to correct routes and vehicles.
• Scan and capture data accurately.
• Check labels and freight information for accuracy.
• Report damaged, mislabelled or misallocated freight.
• Prepare freight for onward trunk movements.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and depart on time.
• Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness.
• Carry out equipment checks and report faults promptly.
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures.
