Job summary

Bullet Express is hiring a Warehouse / Forklift Operator for the AM shift at the Bothwell site. You will play a key role in loading/unloading, pallet movement and accurate scanning while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

You should have a valid forklift licence and prior forklift experience, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork and adherence to Health & Safety procedures to keep operations moving across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence essential.
• Previous hands-on forklift experience in a busy warehouse.
• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Good time-management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload lorries safely and efficiently.
• Move and stack pallets and freight using a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Check freight carefully and allocate it to the correct routes and vehicles.
• Carry out accurate scanning and data capture.
• Check labels, pallet quantities and freight information for accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrectly labelled or misallocated freight.
• Receive and process shipments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse and yard cleanliness.
• Carry out equipment checks and report faults promptly.
• Follow all site Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Work with colleagues to ensure the AM operation runs safely and efficiently.
