Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to provide functional user support for MBDA PM Systems and assist with deployment and troubleshooting. The role will work with teams across MBDA to deploy new PM System capabilities and test improvements that enhance business processes.

The successful candidate will lead user communities for feedback, provide training through the PM Academy, and help ensure transformation programmes align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional user support for MBDA PM Systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Support deployment of PM Systems and Capabilities across MBDA business teams.
• Propose and test PM System developments to improve capabilities.
• Lead user communities to gather feedback and drive enhancements.
• Provide PM Systems expertise and training to the PM Academy.
