Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a passionate Work-Based Learning Practitioner to join our Plumbing team. You will empower apprentices to achieve their qualifications and bring real-world industry experience into education, helping learners progress confidently.

You will assess learners, manage a caseload, conduct Training Needs Analyses, and deliver coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities that drive success.

Responsibilities

• Assess learners to achieve qualifications per Awarding Organisation requirements
• Manage a caseload of learners and perform Training Needs Analyses to ensure progression to end point assessment
• Deliver coaching, mentoring and learning opportunities to help learners succeed
• Deliver interactive sessions to plan practical project assessments in one-on-one and small group workshops (up to 8 learners)
