Citizen Housing Group in Coventry is seeking a skilled Trade Engineer – Plumber to join our Empty Homes Maintenance Operations team. This hands-on role requires a qualified plumber able to work across void and occupied properties to maintain and repair plumbing systems.

You will need City & Guilds/SNVQ Level 2 (essential) with Level 3 (desirable), a valid CSCS card, full UK driving licence, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualificações

• Qualified plumber with City & Guilds/SNVQ in plumbing (essential)
• City & Guilds/SNVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (desirable)
• CSCS Card holder (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
• Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and related trade skills
• Experience in social housing maintenance in void and occupied properties
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and maintaining compliance in repairs/maintenance environments

Responsabilidades

• Undertake a range of trade tasks to support primary trade activities
• Carry out works in line with recognised regulations
• Provide on-site support to trade engineers when required
