• Teaching qualification required; where applicable, subject specialist qualification to be obtained within 12 months.
• Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Experience creating engaging learning environments conducive to learning.
• Proven track record meeting quality targets.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and enthuse learners.
• Good organisational skills to prioritise deadlines and targets.
