Job summary

LLED is seeking a Plumber to join our team and support planned, reactive and compliance-led plumbing works across our sites, including healthcare environments in Carlisle and surrounding areas.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, communicating professionally with colleagues and client representatives, while adhering to current regulations and site procedures. On-call rota duties are included, with retainer fees and enhanced rates for after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Recognised plumbing qualification (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial, industrial or healthcare environments.
• Able to follow safe systems of work and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across LLED sites.
• Install, repair, maintain and test hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, pipework, valves and related plant.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to clients.
• Work in line with health and safety procedures, infection prevention requirements and hospital site protocols.
• Complete accurate records, job reports and compliance documentation as required.
