Job summary

bet365 Group is seeking a Plumbing and Mechanical Engineer (Residential) to maintain heating and water systems across our Stoke-on-Trent properties. This full-time role involves carrying out planned maintenance and rapid fault resolution to keep buildings compliant and efficient.

You will document maintenance work, update electronic systems, and support on-call rota with pre-planned works and responsive repairs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ certificate in Mechanical Engineering Services Plumbing.
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas Fired Water & Central Heating Appliances) 600/1134/8 (6189-33).
• CENWAT Certification and CCN 1 (Domestic) Gas Safe Certificate.
• Knowledge of LEV systems.
• Certified in unvented heating systems.
• Troubleshooting installations, fault finding and repairs.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular maintenance routines across various properties
• Diagnose and repair faults on plant equipment including water heaters, calorifiers, motors, pumps, boilers and heating systems
• Ensure all health and safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of sites at all times
• Produce, manage and maintain critical spares lists
