Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a lecturer in plumbing to inspire and develop learners across Level 1–3 programmes. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating engaging sessions in multiple learning environments, while supporting learners to reach their potential.

The role includes joining the Teacher Academy with ongoing training and coaching in digital skills, with a salary in the 22k–25k range and a 22.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engaging lessons and workshops.
• Ability to plan and review learning journeys to meet industry needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing teaching across Level 1–3 programmes.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning sessions in various environments.
• Track student progress and implement targeted support and interventions.
• Participate in Teacher Academy initiatives for training and digital skills.
