Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is supporting a not-for-profit training provider in Orpington with a Plumbing Tutor role. You will deliver both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based teaching to Level 3 Plumbing & Domestic Heating apprentices, in a site-based setting.

You'll join a growing team offering full teacher training, a structured transition from industry to education, and a Monday to Friday 35-hour week with excellent pension and holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating.
• ACS Gas qualifications and Unvented Hot Water qualification would be beneficial.
• No previous teaching experience required; full training provided.
• Strong industry experience and passion for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Plumbing & Domestic Heating training to Level 3 apprentices.
• Teach practical workshops and classroom theory.
• Coach groups of around 16 apprentices.
• Gain Level 3 and Level 4 Teaching Qualifications.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm at Orpington site.
