Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumbing & Heating Lecturer / Trainer for an immediately available contract at a renowned FE College near Salisbury. The role is part-time (3 days a week), on site, with a 3-month rolling contract and hourly pay between £40 and £50 inside IR35.

You will teach, assess apprentices, and mentor learners toward NVQ and apprenticeship standards, helping them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous.
• Teaching qualification (desirable).
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the plumbing sector.
• Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards.
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Help learners achieve their full potential.
