Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating Lecturer for an immediate start in Wigan. You will deliver theory and practical training, support apprentices toward NVQ and apprenticeship standards, and coach learners to stay on track with constructive feedback.

Requirements include a Level 3 Plumbing/Heating qualification (or equivalent), industry experience, DBS check potential, and teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in FE/apprenticeships.
• Time-served Plumbing/Heating engineer or equivalent industry background.
• Able to obtain Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching and practical training across Plumbing & Heating.
• Assess apprentices toward NVQ/apprenticeship standards.
• Coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to learners.
