Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for a permanent role focused on installing and servicing Air Source Heat Pumps across a South-of-England patch. You will join a growing renewables specialist and receive full heat pump training to progress technically and into leadership roles.

The role is field-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 42.5 hours, an overtime option, and a company van.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing/heating.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Renewables/ASHP/unvented cylinders experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Installing Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Working on both Commercial and Domestic sites.
• Annual servicing work across a South-of-England patch.
• Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours with overtime for additional time.

£38,000 - £48,000 + Overtime + Van + Full Heat Pump Training + Long-Term Development

Due to continued growth and demand, we are now looking to add another engineer to their specialist team to support ongoing installations and servicing work across the region.

In this role you'll carry out end-to-end air source heat pump installs plus annual servicing work, working Monday to Friday with overtime paid for additional time.

This role would suit a Heating Engineer / Plumber from a domestic or commercial background, looking for structured development in renewables, a local patch, and long-term progression.

The Role:
