Job summary

Metro Plumb, part of the Metro Rod Dundee & Aberdeen network, is looking for a Plumbing Engineer to service domestic and commercial customers in the Dundee area. The role covers installation, maintenance and repairs with optional overtime and a competitive hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification, have UK driving licence and be willing to undertake DBS checks. On offer are a company van, pension, a mobile, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Plumbing Engineer for domestic and commercial customers.
• Gas and pump experience ideal; renewable energy knowledge is a bonus.
• DBS check willingness or clearance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems for domestic and commercial customers.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• On-call rota participation and flexibility for overtime when required.

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification

• Unvented certification
• DBS checked (or willingness for this to be carried out)
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to work overtime
