Chapel Properties Ltd in Woodbridge is seeking a Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our East Suffolk team, supporting high-quality new builds, renovations and extensions. You will work on gas, oil and heat pump systems and handle general plumbing duties.

The role requires independence, good time management and a proactive approach to workload. We offer a permanent full-time position with overtime opportunities and a range of benefits including training and a company van.

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience in plumbing and heating.
• Gas Safe, OFTEC or heat pump qualification is an advantage but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
• Drive to progress through an expanding company.

Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk (covering the whole of Suffolk)

Working Hours: 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday, with potential overtime and call outs available (paid at higher hourly rates)

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements – Plumbing and Heating Engineer:

We are looking for a Plumbing and Heating Engineer with previous experience within the plumbing and heating industry who is confident working independently and managing their own workload.
