Chapel Properties of Woodbridge is recruiting a Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our Suffolk-based team. The role involves installation and maintenance of gas, oil and heat pump heating systems, plus water cylinders and general plumbing across the area.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm, with potential overtime and callouts paid at higher rates. Salary is £20–£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing and heating experience required.
• Gas Safe / OFTEC / Heat Pump certification is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Willingness to cover callouts within Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Install and service gas, oil and heat pump heating systems.
• Install hot water cylinders and general plumbing tasks.
• Manage own time and scheduling to meet deadlines.

Requirements - Plumbing and Heating Engineer

We are looking for a Plumbing and Heating Engineer with previous experience within the plumbing and heating industry who is confident working independently and managing their own workload.

• Previous industry experience in plumbing and heating is required
• Gas Safe, OFTEC or heat pump qualification is an advantage but not required (these can be provided to the right candidate).
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own time to meet deadlines.
• Drive to progress through an expanding company
