Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a well-established property maintenance company on a permanent basis. The role involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing domestic central heating systems and carrying out domestic plumbing repairs in customers' homes.

The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with an excellent earning potential including optional overtime and out-of-hours allowances.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Successful applicants will undergo a DBS check as part of onboarding.
• Experience with domestic central heating systems.

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to expansion they looking to hire an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Service, diagnose and repair domestic central heating systems.
• Carry out a variety of domestic plumbing repairs.

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Optional overtime and weekend work available.
• All out-of-hours work paid at time and a half, door-to-door.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer.
• Current ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
• Strong servicing, fault-finding and repair experience.
• Experience carrying out domestic plumbing repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
