Job summary

Abri is seeking a hands-on Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team. You’ll be out in our communities every day, fixing leaks, repairing toilets, fitting taps, and installing baths while delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll need a Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently with a can-do attitude. You’ll use mobile tech to manage your day and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with plumbing repairs in customers’ homes, with a real pride in getting things right first time
• A Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (or similar experience) that gives you a strong foundation in your trade
• A full, clean driving licence so you can travel across our communities
• A practical, can-do approach – you’re happy working independently but know when to ask for support
• Confidence using mobile technology to manage your day and keep our customers updated
• A positive, friendly attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service
