Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied properties.
• Diagnose leaks, blockages and drainage issues; repair or replace fittings.
• Replace taps, toilets, and sanitary ware; service hot water systems and radiators.
• Record job details using handheld devices and maintain a clean work environment.
